• Replace HVAC Filters: Clean or replace HVAC system filters. This will improve indoor air quality and make sure the system works properly. You can purchase filters to assist those who have allergies, too.
• Inspect and Clean Fireplace/Chimney: Fireplaces should be inspected and cleaned by a professional before use in the fall to prevent fires.
• Weatherproof Doors and Windows: Check and replace weather stripping around doors and windows to prevent heat loss in the house.
• Inspect Insulation: Check that your attic insulation is in good condition. This will help to keep your home warm during the colder months.
