Asbury Park is another waterfront town with a long boardwalk offering restaurants and shops to enjoy such as The Robinson Ale House, Stella Marina Restaurant & Bar, and more casusal places like Langosta Lounge. There is a place for all tastes, even crepes and sushi. Brando’s City Cucina is a favorite. Some local bar restaurants are Johnny Mac’s, Wonder Bar, Asbury Ale House, Watermark and Bond Street.  Here’s a list of others to enjoy…Asbury Park restaurants and bars. Walk along the well known Cookman Street and there is always a place to stop by.  Looking for a good brunch place…try Toast City Diner.

Asbury Park a place for all ages as you can enjoy the water park or arcade, too. Enjoy the beach and show.  It reminds me of an “Urban Beach” if you can call it that, having many older residences and streets reminding you of a small city. This seaside city is not stranger to many as many famous musicians have had the start of their careers here at the Stone Pony. You can still catch concerts here showcasing many bands and New Jersey natives, Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi. The 1920s Paramount Theatre is a historical landmark.
