I was a first time buyer and Roslyn was a huge help through the whole process. She was always very good at explaining things to me and making her self available. Scheduling viewings was never an issue as she would change her schedule to accommodate me. At my closing, Roslyn gave me a gift which I was not expecting. t is without reservation that I write this review for my real estate broker, Roslyn Sibilia. When COVID occurred, my partner and I finally decided to begin the process of buying a home. My co-worker, who recently bought a home recommended Roslyn: my first and only broker. I reached Roslyn and I was taken aback by her genuine personality. She was cordial, welcoming, understood my situation as a first time home-buyer and educated me on the process and corrected the mis-information I found online and filled in a lot of the gaps. Roslyn assured me that when we close: "Brian, you will know so much about buying a home with its ins and outs- you'll be able to do my job". That was an understatement as Roslyn educated us every step of the way and was completely transparent with us and never misled us in any way'¦ Roslyn proved to be a consummate professional. During COVID, Roslyn took all precautions with us as a professional. She brought masks, gloves and even shoe coverings for those more sensitive home-sellers, adhering to all the unprecedented guidances and requirements of her profession during a pandemic. Roslyn was always on-time for showings, was flexible and was available 7 days a week... always kept us in the loop. There were days that at the last minute, Roslyn would see 6 homes with us from Ocean County to Middlesex County on the same day. She apparently has a excellent rapport with those who are selling the house because last minute changes on our part were always accommodated. Roslyn knows all the unexpected nuances with buying a home: flood insurance, CofO, basement drainage, things as a home buyer doesn't immediately appreciate: she would always show us the issue and explain why it "is" an issue, without putting opinion or commentary in her explanations. As a negotiator, Roslyn represented us professionally, accurately and would never respond on our behalf without running it by us. We experienced some disappointments due to our limited budget, the fierce competition and unexpected challenges with come along with buying a home along the NJ Shore- but Roslyn stuck with us and educated us. I would recommend Roslyn to anyone that wants a professional with nearly 2 decades of experience that has harnessed successful relationships with sellers, buyers, home inspectors, attorneys and others in the industry. Closing on our first home- we didn't part ways with Roslyn as a "broker", we parted ways with Roslyn as a new "friend".

Roslyn is very friendly and personable and available to her clients. She corresponded/responded in a timely manner, including nights and weekends. I had confidence in and trusted her advice. She went out on a limb to put our home in the best possible light for our ultimate buyers. I would recommend Roslyn for a home sale in the area. This is true especially in Poet's Corner, where she has extended knowledge as a former homeowner.

Roslyn was our agent for two transactions. She is patient, professional, diplomatic, and knowledgeable, and has a lot of energy for chasing down details.

My husband and I met Roslyn after she helped my good friend find her "special" house. We have been blessed with having Roslyn help us to find our "special" house. She has always been so supportive of what we needed and wanted. Working so hard to make us happy. Always available to meet up with us. She is kind, sincere, honest and we now feel like "family". I thank God for her helping us and could not think of being on this "journey" without her.

Roslyn Sibilia was a pleasure to work with when my daughter and her friends were looking for a rental. She worked hard to find them exactly what they were looking for; she listened to their needs and came through. She made the whole process from beginning to end hassle-free; she was a true professional.

I know Roslyn for 1 year, she proved herself to be disciplined professional with excellent communication skills and trustworthiness. She made us feel v comfortable throughout the whole process. Roslyn listed and sold my house in a divorce situation. She went above and beyond managing and addressing things she should not have had to do. She held the deal together and got a good price.

We interviewed several real estate agents. Roslyn came from a referral who had used her for both buying and selling her homes. Her cheerful disposition, creative marketing, and assurance that she would get us over the goal line at the end of the sale convinced us to go with her. We know we made the right choice. She knows the market and priced our house just right. Her photographer created beautiful marketing photos and a compelling virtual tour. Roslyn helped everyone in the process work more efficiently (other agents, lawyers, inspectors and township administration) by staying on top of each detail of the sale. She walked with us every step of the way - listing, showings, contract negotiation, house inspections, appraisal, walk-through and closing. An example of her approach to details: she recommended getting our CO as soon as we had a contract, which made the house inspection go very smoothly. On closing day she took care of many details (returning our Verizon FIOS equipment, donating our foodstuffs to a local food pantry), so we could travel to our new home several states away. Working with Roslyn took a lot of pressure off of us so we could concentrate on the transition to our new home.

Roslyn was fantastic. She has very good local knowledge. She helped me at every step of the process. We made several tours to house she was there at every visit. At the beginning she also negotiated on behalf of me. Her main difference i would say is her local knowledge, she lived and raised family in Monmouth county from many years ,she knows schooling very well ,community, local places ,activities etc . She made me aware of all programs of schools, that actually made me consider manalapan township, otherwise i would have overlooked this beautiful township and house .

I give Roslyn a solid 5 stars. Along every step of the process, she is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and so easy to get along with. She feels more like a friend than just a realtor. It is clear she enjoys her work, and she's good at it - this role is like her calling. Even her referrals were top-notch. I felt like I was in solid, trusting hands every step of the way. Call Roslyn when you're ready to buy or sell your home and you will be so glad you did!

We could not have asked for a better realtor! The best interest of our family was always a priority for Ros. Our townhouse sold in a matter of three days because of the advice and guidance she gave us, without an open house! When it came time to find a home for our family, Roslyn used her extensive network to help find us the home that met all our needs. She came to every appointment, snow, Covid, and all. Roslyn is warm, positive, and highly professional. She treated us like family. I highly recommend her!

This is the second time my son and I have found a rental with the help of Roslyn. Roslyn is a great help, always genuine and sincere, and always accommodating. Roslyn will go out of her way (sometimes literally to meet us places) for her clients and always offers her honest opinion. She has treated both my son and I with much respect and with her help we were able to find a rental during a difficult time. More than just a realtor, she took the time to really understand what we were looking for and even took it a step further and got to know us like family.. really dedicated herself in showing us realistic home goals .. she's the best and the only realtor I would use.
